The office will be home to Xact’s newest National Sales Engineer, Melanie Ramsey. Ramsey is considered an expert in litigation support and electronic discovery management. Ms. Ramsey specializes in complex litigation and has developed strategic electronic discovery plans for production and second requests involving the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. She has provided litigation support and discovery management consulting to top U.S. law firms including Hogan & Hartson L.L.P., DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary US LLP, Vinson & Elkins LLP, Mandell Menkes LLC, and Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. She has also managed trial support teams for such firms as Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Ramsey obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount St. Mary`s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland and a Masters of Arts in History from Villanova University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
